Karen Peck may be considered as a staple of Gospel Music. She has done much for the ministry of the Gospel through her music, her testimony and her life. I first met Karen at a church in Lancaster, Ohio back in 1998.  She appeared with The Dove Brothers and a special friend. I have mentioned this photo to Karen many times and finally she will get to see the special friend.  (No!  It wasn’t E.T.) She is still going strong and will continue I’m sure in her and New River’s ministry. New River includes her sister Susan, daughter Kari and Ricky Braddy from North Carolina (Ricky was a finalist on American Idol). Together they provide a diverse presentation of a ministry dedicated to telling the world about Jesus Christ. Karen also

appeared in a movie with Dolly Parton and Queen Latifah which I happened to see and enjoyed immensely.
