Topping:

1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened (can use fat-free)
1 c. sour cream (can use fat-free)
½ c. sugar or sugar substitute
1 tsp. vanilla extract
¾ c. chopped pecans, walnuts or almonds
Fresh blueberries (for garnishing, opt.)


Directions:

In a medium mixing bowl, using an electric mixer, on medium speed, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla extract; beat for 2-3 minutes or until creamy.
Fold in chopped pecans, walnuts or almonds.
Remove blueberry mixture from the refrigerator and spread topping mixture evenly on top and then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 4-5 hours before serving.
Serve on lettuce-lined plates, if desired (opt.). Garnish with fresh blueberries (opt.)
Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
