The first time I heard about Sunday Drive was when I received a release for a song called “Road Rage” (See video on next page).  Its theme is about a bumper sticker saying “Honk If You Love Jesus”.   My interest was due to a personal experience with a similar bumper sticker.
   Since then, I have heard much of Jeff Treece (founder).  I’ve talked with him on the phone and wanted to meet him.  I finally had that experience when we attended a concert of theirs.  Jeff was everything I expected.   His wife, Misty and brother Dusty were also equal in Spirit; Character and were very friendly.
   Jeff mentioned in the concert that he had an old tape of his mother singing.   He had that clip cleaned up and used it in recording a duet with Misty and his mother.  The song is titled: “If there’s A Rocking Chair in Heaven” .

   I really enjoyed this interview with Sunday Drive and learned a lot about their ministry past and present.  Getting to see Sunday Drive live is a real experience.  The Anointing is obviously present as well as their love for God, His People and to each other.  This is refreshing as I have been to concerts where there were only performers.   Sunday Drive are not only performers, but in my opinion they are examples of what “music ministry” should be.
