Heirs of Grace by Jim Crigger from an interview by The Power Line Magazine at the 2011 National Quartet Convention in Louisville, Kentucky
I ran across Heirs of Grace in the main Lobby of the Expo center where the 2011 National Quartet Convention was taking place.
The trio began when they formed a trio at their local church. Heirs of Grace have announced a change in the groups’ members. In November of 2010, Michelle Holloway and her husband Brian began a new dimension in their ministry. |
The group now consists of Kerry Nolen, lead/soprano and one of the original members of the group. Kerry spent much of her life traveling while her father served in the military. Kerry now lives in Crawfordville, Florida withe husband Mac and sons Raymond and Matthew. Matthew now serves in the Navy. |
Cindy O’Steen is also one of the originals and sings second soprano. Cindy now resides in Monticello, Florida with husband Scott and two daughters: Stacy (who is married to Kerry and Mac’s son Raymond. Her other daughter, Katie who is only 3 years old. Kerry and Cindy have three grandchildren; Chelsy, Raymond IV and James Scott. |
Jennifer Strickland was born, raised and still resides in Panama City, Florida. At the age of seven Jennifer gave her heart to the Lord. She also writes songs and plays the piano. She has received the 2009 and the 2010 Song Writer of the Year Award. Jennifer is determined to spread the Word of God through song. She feels blessed and thankful to be a part of God’s plan. |
It is obvious that every member of this group is dedicated to the ministry God has given them. If you would like to read more about Heirs of Grace then click here to see their web-site www.heirsofgrace.net
. We also encourage you to buy their product. Those of us who like Gospel music must understand that if you don’t support your favorite group by buying their product, it will be difficult for them to continue in the ministry and calling that God gave them. Here is one of their songs for you to hear and enjoy. Faith by Heirs of Grace.
Meeting Kerry, Cindy and Jennifer has been a pleasure. An added pleasure is to share their ministry and our interview with you.
