Lots of you have seen the show American Idol where people sing in front of judges, and America in the hopes of becoming the next singing star. During the audition process contestants try to impress the judges with their singing talents. Some good, some not so good to our ears. I like to think of God as a kind of music judge only not the kind on American Idol. God doesn’t care if we can carry a tune, play an instrument, or sound like Candice Glover.  What God wants is our praise. What comes out of our heart is more important than the way we sound.  Whether with a trumpet, tambourine, singing, or just shouting PRAISE THE LORD as long as we do our best and give it from our heart we are all winners in God’s eyes.
