Directions:

 

Spray a Bundt pan with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, combine yellow cake mix, instant vanilla pudding and pie filling, eggs, canola oil, vanilla extract, lemon extract and mountain dew; beat for about 2 minutes or until well blended.
Pour batter into prepared Bundt pan.
Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
Remove from the oven, let set for about 5 minutes and then invert onto a rack to finish cooling.

 

For the Glaze: In a small bowl, combine powdered sugar and mountain dew; mix until desired consistency and then drizzle on top of the Bundt cake.

 

Variation: You can also bake this recipe in a 13x9 baking pan, but only bake it for 38 minutes.
