We are called Christians for a purpose.  To be “Christ-like”.  If we behave as the world, speak as the world then we are “world-like”.  The Word says to come apart and be seperate.  We cannot save the world unless the world sees something in us that  is different, better.  Unfortunately, at present, the world sees us as a joke, Hippocrates.  We say one thing and do another. 
   I know there are many who are good Christians and don’t fit in this world-like mode.  However, it seems as if the majority of the world does fit the way they see us.
   I had a young lady tell me she was witnessing to a friend.  The friend invited her to a party.  The girl knew there would be drugs but she felt that by going to the party and “participating” that she would show that she was OK and might have the opportunity to witness.  She witnessed alright, but not the witness of a Christian.  Romans 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. 2And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
