Jesus may have been born on December 25th or any other day.  Jesus is the reason why I celebrate Christmas.  Because of His birth and the fact that He was born, regardless of when He was born.
   There was a time my Grandmother told me: “Gracie, did you know that Jesus was born to die?  At that time in my life, I did not understand what she meant.  As time passed by, I understood a little more than I did.
   If Jesus never came and was never born, He could not save a lost and dying world from sin.Jesus came to love, heal and forgive.  To save a lost and dying world from sin.  No greater love my Jesus had for me and you.  There isn’t any money, gold or silver that can top that.  That gift of Salvation is the most beautiful thing in whole wide world.  Jesus is the most beautiful; the most amazing and the most wonderful. 
   He is everything to me.  The way He loves and cares and shares.  The way He’s so kind and sweet.  So gentle is He.  Jesus is my best friend.  His love is so true and sweet.  He understands when I am feeling lonely and left out.  He lets me know that everything is going to be alright.  He loves me, and cares about me.  He is my best friend!
   Jesus is the best thing that has ever happened to me.  That is why I love, honor and respect Him.  I want to humble myself before Him.  He is my reason for living, loving, caring and sharing.  My reason for singing His beautiful music. 
   Jesus is the reason why I love Christmas.  Because He came and was born to come and save me, and you.  He saw something that He loved and cared about.  That is something beautiful.  Jesus is a wonderful father.  Just the way He holds us in His hands and with such love.  Jesus is all so beautiful.
