   When we were in Hawaii it was amazing to see the power of the waves. You see them on TV, on the internet, and in pictures but you do not really understand their power to you see and experience it in person. Swimming in the ocean and being hit by a wave that can push you around like you do not mean a thing to it. It’s the same way in life, we can get caught in storms that can overwhelm us and even defeat us. But there is a someone you can trust in to save you from any storm or wave and that person is Jesus. You just need to give your problem to Him and believe on Him. That no matter what you are facing He will see you through to the end. And no matter how hard that storm beats upon you, you will not fall because you have Jesus in your life.

   Ben Hagar was born in Marysville, Ohio and moved to southern Ohio in 2004 where he met his beautiful wife Maryanna. he has one son, Nathan, and a cat. He attends Silver Memorial Freewill Baptist Church in Gallipolis. Ben works with Roger Crigger the Webmaster of The Power Line Magazine at Kroger and is a photographer on the side. He also sings at his church on a regular basis. When not at work he likes to help at the church, read, work outside when I have any spare time, and spend time with the family. He has one brother who is currently serving in the Army and is stationed in Oahu, Hawaii.
