   JIM: What does “The Great Commission mean?

   On the surface, all Christians and many non-Christians know what this means.  But I believe, there is something deeper in The Great Commission.

   It says to ”Go into all the world and preach the Gospel”.  The Gospel of Jesus Christ.

   We know what it means, but do we practice it?  It not only means your inner world, it means everywhere you go. 

   Sometimes, we “preach to the choir”.  The purpose of “The Great Commission” is to tell the message of salvation to those who do not know or accept that salvation.

   It may not be popular, you may get chastised.  You may even be penalized.  But!  If we don’t tell about Christ, perhaps we are the ones who really don’t know Christ.

   Like the song by Don Francisco (Click Here) “Got to tell somebody”.  We have to tell somebody that Jesus truly lives within us and will come to live in them.
