Dena has been on a purpose-filled adventure with Christ for 45 years. She was Cru staff for 15 years (part of that time in Russia), a Pastor’s wife (15 years), and a social worker prior to that. She’s the mother of Renee Yohe the suicidal, addicted, depressed, self-harming girl whose situation led friends to start the well-known non-profit To Write Love on Her Arms. Renee’s life was also portrayed in the 2015 Sony Pictures movie by the same name. |
