FROM THE EDITORS OF POWER LINE MAGAZINE

Jim Crigger & Rick Crigger

I have been in a ministry for most of my life and have seen first hand the difficulties of “being discovered”.  It is our prayer that this magazine will not only provide the venue for those given talents by God to promote those talents but that also the testimonies of the struggling and the well-known artists will up-lift those who read The Power Line.

Christian living is becoming more difficult as the world around us begins to believe that we only care about ourselves and the money we receive.  The artists I know and those who work with The Power Line are “in it” for GOD!
We do know that in todays’ society, it takes money to do what we do for God.  It is not greed for money, but knowing that we need money and your support to accomplish the ministries that God has given us.  I personally have chosen to have business activities which generate an income which will perpetuate our ministry activities.

The artists and ministries you know and love need that support and your generous giving or purchasing the fruits of their labors for God.  God does indeed “own the cattle on a thousand hillsides” however, it takes feed to feed the cattle and feed does cost money. Jesus said “feed my sheep”.  Your generosity and usage of services provided by Christians helps provide what it takes for His workers to feed His sheep.

Keep up the "Good Work". Go to the concerts, attend the revivals, purchase the products offered by Christians. You will be Rewarded! What some may see as "greed" or "doing it for the money"  is more likely the knowledge that we need monitary, spiritual, physcial and emotional support to continue our ministries. Support those who serve God, those who "GO INTO ALL THE WORLD". God bless you!
