The Petrified Forest and The Painted Desert
in Arizona Concluded

   I find it difficult to say which I appreciated most.  The Petrified logs were fabulous but The Painted Forest may perhaps be the most magnificent.
   The size; the colors and the majesty proves to be, I think, the most beautiful sight I had ever seen.  (At least until we saw The Grand Canyon).
   You will find it worthwhile to visit this area as well as the rest of the west.
