I had a friend ask me a riddle once. How many of each kind of animal did Moses take on the ark with him? Naturally I answered 1 pair of each animal. My friend then responded “WRONG, Moses didn’t take any animals on the ark Noah did”. Of course I felt a little silly that I missed the switch in names. But did you realize that I even if my friend had said Noah instead of Moses I would have still gotten the question wrong. We have all been taught from a young age in Sunday school that Noah took a pair of each animal on the ark. While this an amazing feat considering the number of animals on this planet. I always thought of what a great miracle God performed with the ark.
